At Garden Fields we aim to support all the pupils at the school in developing good personal, social and emotional skills. We do this through our PSHE curriculum which is based on the acronym for GARDEN. Each half term we use each of the letters of Garden to develop our themes which are based on G = Goal, A = Attitude to Learning, R = Resilience, D = Determination, E = Empathy and N = Negotiate. The themes are devised through quotes which are introduced during assembly at the beginning of each half term and referred to both in the class lessons and further assemblies; all of which will help all our pupils have a greater understanding of how to support their current and future learning.
