UNIFORM

Girls School Uniform

  • V-neck sweatshirt or cardigan with logo (navy)
  • Polo shirt with logo (light blue)
  • Skirt/Pinafore dress or trousers/shorts (grey)
  • Socks or tights (grey or white)
  • Summer dress (light blue gingham)
  • Trainers (for outdoor PE/breaktimes)
  • Hair accessories should be in blue, black or red only
  • Optional:  Fleece jacket (navy), coat (navy)

Boys School Uniform

  • V-neck sweatshirt with logo (navy)

PE Kit

  • PE shorts (navy cotton elasticated)
  • PE round-neck t-shirt (house colour)
  • PE round-neck sweatshirt (house colour)
  • Tracksuit bottoms/leggings (navy/black)
  • Trainers (for outdoor PE/breaktimes)
  • Spare socks/pants
  • Sun hat/cap (for hot weather)
  • Drawstring PE bag to hold all the above items
  • Optional: children are permitted to wear a thin rain coat, hat/gloves for outdoor PE in cold/wet weather

Swimming
Children in Yrs 2-5 will have swimming lessons as part of their PE lessons at some point during the academic year. There are also swimming galas for children in Y3-6.

  • Towel and swimming cap (preferably in house colour)
  • Girls – swimming costume (not 2 piece)
  • Boys – swimming trunks (not Bermuda style shorts)

Shoes

  • All children are expected to wear dark coloured outdoor school shoes when in school.
  • Trainers are allowed for playtime.
  • Children should wear these shoes to school except: Wet weather – children may wear wellington boots to school (no fashion boots please) – they should change into their school shoes on arrival. Summer – children may wear sensible sandals – any colour with socks in school.
  • All children should also have a pair of trainers for outdoor PE / playtime in school.

Accessories

  • Book bags – Children in EYFS/KS1 should use a school book bag into which teachers will place reading books and letters home.
  • Children in KS2 may wish to use a small back-pack (stored in lockers during the school day).
  • Water bottle – Children should bring a water bottle to school every day containing water (no juice or squash).
  • Please do not put water bottles in book bags.

Uniform Tips Ensure ALL uniform (including coats, hats, scarves, packed lunch boxes, water bottles etc) is clearly labelled with your child’s name. Named items will be returned to your child if lost. Unnamed items will be put into the lost property box.
