Due to adverse weather, parents may collect children early at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Early Collection Details

• Gate Timings: Open 1:25 PM – Close promptly at 1:40 PM. Please do not collect outside this window or standard dismissal times.

• Standard Dismissal & After-School Club: Running as normal. If collecting early, please cancel any Hub sessions you have booked.

• Walking Home Alone: If your child walks home and you would like early dismissal, you must complete the permission form shared by email/

Health Alert Summary

• Clothing: Lightweight, appropriate school wear (PE kit/summer uniform). No beachwear, strapless tops, or short shorts etc.

• Footwear: Supportive shoes only. No flip-flops, Crocs, or sliders.

• Sun Protection: Send children with a labelled sun hat, water bottle, and roll-on sunscreen only (no sprays or squeeze creams; must be applied independently). Please apply long-lasting sun cream before school.

• Schedule: Outdoor time is currently restricted.
